This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of Beery Coaching LLC ("the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use our Service, and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
We use your personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The spreadsheets and athlete data you bring to this workshop stay yours. We do not collect them, upload them, store them, or retain them.
You build your dashboard in your own Google Sheets or Excel file, in your own account. Nothing you build during the workshop is transmitted to us.
Because our participants are coaches who work with minors, this deserves to be stated plainly:
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. This may include:
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your payment card number, CVC, or full billing details. Stripe processes that information under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. We receive from Stripe only the information needed to fulfill and support your order, such as your name, email address, purchase amount, and transaction status.
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
The live workshop is recorded and the recording is distributed to ticket holders. If you turn on your camera or microphone, or send a message in the Zoom chat, that may be captured in the recording. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera off and send questions privately. Zoom's own privacy policy governs data Zoom collects during the session.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and store certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some parts of our Service.

The Company may use your personal data for the following purposes:
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent needed:
If you purchase from us, we will email you about that purchase. We may also email you about related products. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails about a product you already bought.
The Company will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We retain purchase records for as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal obligations. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Your information, including personal data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email us and we will action the request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to request a copy of your data and the right to object to certain processing. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.
The security of your personal data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our Service is intended for coaches and other adults. It does not address anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
As stated above, we do not collect athlete data of any age. Athlete records stay in your own files, in your own accounts.
Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
