Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Dashboard Engine Workshop and related services operated by Beery Coaching LLC ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").
By purchasing or accessing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

All purchases are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You agree that the Company may charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes.
All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). A Dashboard Engine ticket is a one-time purchase. It carries no subscription, and your card is charged once with nothing set to renew automatically.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. Any change in price does not affect an order already completed.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased digital product(s) at the email address provided at checkout.
You acknowledge that digital products are delivered electronically and that delivery is considered complete when access is provided to you. If you do not receive your access details, email us and we will resend them.
To participate you need a computer with a web browser, an internet connection capable of running Zoom, and one spreadsheet containing athlete data. The workshop method works in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. No paid software, AI subscription, or additional purchase is required to get the result promised on the sales page.
All content, materials, templates, prompts, and methodologies provided through our products and services are the intellectual property of Beery Coaching LLC. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own coaching program or business.

You are encouraged to use the dashboards, templates, and workflows you build during the workshop inside your own program, school, or club, and to share the resulting dashboards with your athletes, staff, and their families.
The spreadsheets and athlete data you bring to the workshop remain yours. We do not collect, store, or retain your athlete data. If you choose to share your screen during the live session, you are responsible for deciding what is visible. We recommend removing or obscuring student names and any other personally identifiable information about minors before sharing your screen, and we will remind participants of this during the session.
For live workshops, you agree to participate respectfully and not disrupt other participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior. Removal for cause does not entitle the participant to a refund.
The live session may be recorded. By attending, you acknowledge that your questions, chat messages, and any screen you share may be captured in the recording that is distributed to ticket holders. If you prefer not to appear in the recording, keep your camera off and send questions privately.
The information provided in our workshops and materials is for educational purposes only. Results may vary based on your individual effort, the state of your existing data, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific athletic, academic, health, or financial outcomes from using our products or services.
Nothing in this workshop is medical advice. Dashboards and trend data are tools for coaching decisions and communication. They are not a diagnostic instrument. Decisions about athlete health, injury, and return to play belong with qualified medical professionals.
Third-party software and AI tools are constantly evolving. While we strive to keep our materials current, we cannot guarantee that all instructions will remain accurate as third-party platforms (such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) update their features and interfaces.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Beery Coaching LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already completed.
